The Greenery Homeowners Association will be transitioning to a new management company, Eclipse Community Management.  They will be onboarding during the months of September and October.  The effective date of full management control will be November 1, 2026.  

Rentals, both long and short-term, are prohibited, if you are aware of a rental please inform the Board.

All Owners should familiarize themselves with the Owner's Handbook.

OWNERS - your "property" is now assigned to your website account.
